STEM Education
STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. STEM education provides hands-on investigations, fieldwork, and real-world challenges for students, and gives them preparation for careers in the fast-growing Science, Technology, Engineering and Math fields. Participating in STEM just as real scientists and engineers would, makes these events more relevant and creative than ever.
STEM activities are incorporated into science classes at all ages to help students improve their understanding of science concepts by allowing them to experience these real-world applications.
After-School STEM Clubs are offered throughout the year to give students even more in-depth experiences to develop team building and cooperative skills while working through the steps of the engineering design process. Students have fun while exploring their creativity and practicing their skills in communication and problem-solving.
